Security Deposit / Electricity & Water & Cleaning Charges:
There is a £100 security deposit paid in cash on site for all our villas, with the deposit being £350 for both Pinehurst R2 & R3, £450 for Pinehurst R7 & R8 & £600 for both Pinehurst R4 & R5
Assuming there is no damage to the property, or missing items, the cost of the electricity & water used is deducted from the deposit using the meter readings taken on arrival & departure.
This is a totally transparent process where the readings are photographed for you and the difference is multiplied by the standard electricity rate for the property.
Electricity & water costs between 5 and 8 pounds per day dependant on the use of Air Conditioners etc
Cleaning on all villas is an additional one-off charge of £50
