With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large garden, private pool "Heated" if required (Note :- electricity is charged at source, therefore using the heated facility will incur extra electrical charges) extensive terraces, and everything you will need or want for a pleasant stay among your family and friends.
Great location, near from the centres of Belek and Kadriye and under 30 minutes drive from Antalya airport. Turkey's famous Land of Legends is under 5 kilometres from the villa as is both of the region's sandy safe beaches. Located near the sea in a secure gated garden, this luxurious villa is the perfect place for a family vacation, for up to 7 persons.
Features on the ground floor a large and bright 70 m² Living room comfortably furnished, with a sofa bed for that extra guest, a flat screen HD TV From there, you access the Dining room/kitchen with large windows overlooking the pool area and gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction plates, with the seating area in the adjacent open plan lounge. You go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the pool and extensive gardens A small hallway leads to the staircase to the 3 Guest rooms and bathrooms, and the lower floor.
The house is equipped with hi-speed internet access/wi-fi, ethernet connection taken throughout. There is central heating throughout, but I guess you won’t be needing it very much in the summer. All the bedrooms and the lounge areas have reversible air conditioning.
On the upper floor, a Master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a 2nd and third bedroom with a double bed balcony overlooking the garden pool and adjacent golf course.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautiful private landscaped Garden with numerous olive trees, a beautiful 50 m² (10×5 m) pool with terrace and Summer BBQ area Parking space available for several cars — two cars can easily be parked inside the property while more cars can be parked in the visitor’s parking that is just outside the property but inside the gated community.
The place is very quiet, very private and offers nice views from all aspects. There is a large public park (Parc d’Estienne d’Orves) ideal for jogging and relaxing, with a children playground just outside the residence. Sea and beaches are only 5 km away. Dolmas busses run frequently from the end of the privated road, into Belek and Kadriye
